• The center assists the volunteer with transportation to the center in Hebron after arrival, either by public transportation or by arranging a private taxi from Ben Gurion Airport to the center.
  • The center’s team will welcome the new volunteer on the first day and help them get to their accommodation in Hebron (either in an apartment or with a host family).
  • The volunteer’s day off is on Friday and Saturday each week.
  • During the weekend, the center can assist the volunteer in visiting other cities in Palestine.
  • Breakfast is served daily at the center starting at 9:00 or 10:00 AM.

Week 1 for the Volunteer:

  • The volunteer receives Arabic lessons in the morning.
  • Write a reflection on the motivation for coming to Palestine and choosing this program.
  • Visit historical sites in Hebron to understand the reality, history, and suffering due to the occupation, including the Old City and the Ibrahimi Mosque.

Week 2 & 3 for the Volunteer:

  • The volunteer will receive a comprehensive presentation on the reality of human rights in Palestine, particularly in Hebron and the manifestations of Israeli occupation.
  • The center organizes introductory visits and meetings with human rights activists.
  • The center arranges visits to human rights and governmental institutions in Palestine.
  • The volunteer will visit different locations to understand the suffering of Palestinians due to the Israeli occupation.

Week 3 for the Volunteer:

  • The volunteer engages in the center’s community activities, such as teaching English lessons to students, conducting workshops for university students, and writing articles about Palestine.

Week 4 for the Volunteer:

  • The volunteer participates in the center’s weekly dinner with all volunteers and students.
  • The volunteer receives a certificate from the center at the end of the program, during a friendly farewell gathering with the center’s team and other volunteers.
  • The center helps the volunteer return to the airport after the volunteer period, either by public transportation or with a private taxi to save time and effort.
  • The center’s team is always ready to assist the volunteer to ensure their safety and comfort throughout their time in Palestine.
